All sales are final. GhoGho does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. GhoGho is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.
